Each year, the LEAP Committee decides on a theme and this year it's neon to honor our best and brightest. If you want to get into the spirit you can deck out in neon colors, add a funky print, or go bold and unleash your creative flair. Regardless, the focus of the Awards Gala is to celebrate your achievements in 2023 and there is no mandatory dress code.
