With the launch of Supra 2.0, the eKey becomes the "key" of choice.

Under the new lockbox Library Plan, the GAAR REALTOR® Community will be switching the the latest Supra technology – the blue-tooth enabled iBox BT LTE. This means, in February, that fobs will be a thing of the past!

Since there is greater compatibility between Supra's smartphone app eKey, its a good time to transition from the old ActiveKey keypad.

If you have a smartphone, or are thinking of getting one, here is what you need to know:

1. eKey Basic is more cost effective. The eKey's monthly service fee starts at only $16.86. That saves you $36 a year.
2. It is billed monthly. eKey bills are conveniently direct debited on the 5th of each month. So you don't have to pay upfront like you would with ActiveKey.
3. No insurance necessary. Since eKey is an app on your smart phone, you can avoid paying the additional $25 a year insurance fee.
4. More convenient. Now that it is fob-free, you have one less thing to carry. Just grab your phone and go.
