The Mobile Listing Site Builder from realtor.com® automatically creates a FREE mobile site for any listing on realtor.com®.  In addition, each listing will be given its own QR code which can be placed on any yard sign or marketing materials (i.e. flyers, brochures, postcards, etc.).  Clients can simply scan the QR Code and be immediately directed to the realtor.com® listing.

The listing data provided to realtor.com® comes straight from the Southwest Multiple Listing Service, and the information is updated every 15 minutes to ensure the most accurate data is displayed.

Creating a QR Mobile Listing Site

1. Go to http://marketing.realtor.com/mobilelisting and click on Get Started Now
2. Select your MLS, enter your MLS ID, and click Validate.
3. Select the listing you would like to use by clicking on the Select this Listing button
4. Your Mobile website is now created and you will be presented with 4 options:
5. Share my URL - share a link using a mini-URL. Perfect for emails, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
6. Save my QR Code - easily add a QR Code to yard signs or other offline/print materials.
7. Save Listing Flyer - creates a full color PDF flyer for the listing.
8. Save Listing Postcard - creates a full color PDF postcard for the listing
