Beginning November 16th,  Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has issued a new 14-day shutdown amid the latest COVID-19 surge and unlike the past shutdown order, Real Estate was not included in the list of essential businesses.  The New Mexico Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) is asking its 7,000+ members to TAKE ACTION by sending a message to the Governor requesting that the business of real estate be reinstated.
