Every year, there are REALTORS® that stand out for their excellence. Recognize a member who had outstanding accomplishments in 2023 by Thursday, February 8th.

Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards Gala on Friday, March 15th at the Marriott Pyramid North.

The initial vetting ensures applicants meet the basic requirements such as active membership status and are in good standing. The vetted applicants are then reviewed by a committee comprised of previous winners of that same category who make the final determination.

On Friday, March 10th, GAAR held its Annual Awards Gala to honor member achievements for 2022. The evening was hosted by 2022 GAAR President, Bridget Gilbert and 2023 GAAR President, Carrie Traub at the Marriott Pyramid North.

More than 425 Members registered to celebrate the evening 'en blanc' with food, beverages, prizes, and live jazz.

2022 REALTOR® of the Year

One of the highest honors a member can receive during their real estate career, the REALTOR® of the Year Award acknowledges a member who has actively contributed to the success of both the REALTOR® organization and the industry, as well as exemplifies professionalism while serving the Greater Albuquerque community.

The Doyle Pargin Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes longevity and achievement in the profession, service to the industry, and model professionalism.

This honor recognizes a member who is an expert in the field who provides leadership, training, coaching, managing risk and is a role model to other brokers.
