Highlights

• the median detached home price rose 5.1 percent to $205,000
• the average detached price rose 2.5 percent to $242,037
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  17.1 percent to 2,808
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 10.3 percent to 1,089
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 15.6 percent to 1,358
