• the median detached home price rose 14.2 percent to $259,315
• the average detached home price increased 15.8 percent to $299,444
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased 57.2 percent to 1,188
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 1.4 percent to 1,265
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 32.1 percent to 1,481
