Highlights

• the median detached home price rose 1.1 percent to $187,500
• the average detached price decreased 0.6 percent to $217,679
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  17.6 percent to 2,671
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 7.6 percent to 721
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 28.7 percent to 1,037
