• the average detached home price rose 14.5 percent to $249,755
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  18.9 percent to 2,449
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 1.0 percent to 741
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 12.8 percent to 1,022
