Highlights (the highlights are a comparison between July 2019 and July 2020)

• the median detached home price rose 8.3 percent to $251,000
• the average detached home price inreased 9.4 percent to $289,677
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  53.7  percent to 1,260
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 22.6 percent to 1,471
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 20.8 percent to 1,495
