Highlights (the highlights are a comparison between June 2018 and June 2019)

• the median detached home price rose 10.3 percent to $235,000
• the average detached home price rose 10.4 percent to $271,809
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  30.1  percent to 2,438
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 22.6 percent to 1,116
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 22.6  percent to 1,349
