Highlights (the highlights are a comparison between June 2019 and June 2020)

• the median detached home price rose 3.4 percent to $243,000
• the average detached home price inreased 3.3 percent to $280,158
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  55.2  percent to 1,242
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 1.2 percent to 1,138
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 34.3 percent to 1,590
