• the median detached home price rose 11.5 percent to $238,000
• the average detached home price rose 10.6 percent to $275,186
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  32.3  percent to 1,626
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 0.7 percent to 989
• the number of detached homes going under contract went down 7.1 percent to 1,130
