Highlights

• the median detached home price rose 5.1 percent to $210,000
• the average detached price rose 1.6 percent to $239,281
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  17.7 percent to 3,035
• the number of closed sales for detached homes decreased 2.4 percent to 1,200
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 21.6 percent to 1,373
