• the median detached home price rose 9.1 percent to $228,000
• the average detached home price rose 11.5 percent to $266,414
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  29.3  percent to 2,273
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 4.3 percent to 1,312
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 10.3  percent to 1,312
