• the average detached home price decreased 0.9 percent to $263,915
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  42.8  percent to 1,494
• the number of closed sales for detached homes decreased 28.5 percent to 921
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 23.8 percent to 1,438
