Detached home sales totaled 2,463 units, a 0.77  percent decrease when compared to 1st quarter 2018.

The median sales price for detached homes increased to $205,500, a 5.38 percent increase from a year ago.

Average sales price for detached homes increased 7.39 percent to $247,368.

Townhome and condo sales totaled 270, an decrease of 8.52 percent when compared to the 1st quarter 2018.
