• Single-Family detached home sales totaled 3,548 units, a 1.84  percent increase when compared to  2nd quarter 2018.
• The Median Sales Price for detached homes increased to $225,000, a 7.14 percent increase from a year ago.
• The Average Sales Price for detached homes increased 9.32 percent to $265,539.
• Townhome and condo sales totaled 349, an decrease of 5.16 percent when compared to the 2nd quarter 2018.
