• The Median Sales Price for detached homes was $236,000, a 4.89 percent increase from a year ago.
• The Average Sales Price for detached homes increased 2.50 percent to $272,173.
• Townhome and condo sales totaled 338, an increase of 3.15 percent decrease when compared to the 2nd Quarter 2019.
