There were 3,281 Closed Sales in the 4th quarter 2021 for detached homes representing a 5.01 percent decrease when compared to 4th quarter 2020.

The Median Sale Price for detached homes increased to $303,000, a 16.99% percent increase from 2020.

The Average Sale Price also rose 18.25 percent to $354,480.
