“Sales of homes finished the year strong and interest rates were a compelling factor for many to make the decision to buy,” said John Kynor, 2014 President of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. “Since 2011, sales of homes have increased each year. We are hoping this trend continues into 2014,” he continued.
